No smoking – Our pods have a strict no smoking policy, smoking is not permitted inside the pods at all.
Pets - Well behaved dogs are allowed in our pods (at an extra fee), however we do not allow dogs in our Tin House. Please do not allow any dogs up on furniture, including the beds. *If guests do bring a dog to the Tin House at all, or to a pod without paying the extra fee, guests will be charged a £50 surcharge cleaning fee.
Check in/ check out time – Guests may check in as early as 4:30pm and must be checked out no later than 10:00am. If you would like to check-in early, please call the office to see if your Pod is ready as this is sometimes possible.
Furnishings - Guests may not move furnishings or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the Pod without the consent of the Pod management.
Damage - Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, unless they are able to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.
Bedding and Towels - All bedding and towels are provided for the number of people booked into a Pod. If guests wish to bring their own bedding they are more than welcome to.
Cleaning - Please leave the pod how you found it. If guests leave the pod in an inadequate state e.g. leaving dirty dishes to be cleaned, they will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Noise - No loud music after 10.30pm.
Electric Cars - Please DO NOT charge any electric cars via our pods. If any guests do this, they will be charged an extra fee. If you have an emergency and are low on charge, please call our office on 01496 300129 for assistance.
Travel Insurance - We strongly advise you take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs. Islay Glamping Pods does not take any responsibility for ferry cancellations.
Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the management has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed. Any serious misconduct can result in the guest being evicted from the premises. Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being charged additional fees.
